Spiritual Direction

As a spiritual director, it is not my purpose to lead you toward any particular end, but rather to accompany you on your path, serve as a sounding board, offer observations, and provide information for you to consider as you seek to deepen meaning in your life.

During spiritual direction sessions we may discuss the daily events in your life, however, we will always keep an eye toward enhancing your awareness of your relationship with the Divine.  I believe that the places where each of us connects with the Divine (e.g. through music, community, gardening, biking, writing, meditation, prayer, etc.) contain personal clues for us about living our lives truly. Through this process it is likely that you will begin to make decisions that better align with your life purpose.

I offer Spiritual Direction sessions on a sliding scale fee basis in the Multnomah Village area of Southwest Portland.
